Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with Deluxe Home Source (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–10 business days after payment is received.
  • “Business days” mean Monday through Friday, excluding federal or local holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times are estimates only and may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, inventory constraints, or due to unexpected operational issues.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer various shipping options at checkout (such as standard or expedited shipping), which may be fulfilled by third-party carriers (for example, UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or freight carriers).
  • Any delivery dates or timeframes shown at checkout or in order confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Actual delivery times may vary based on:
    • Destination and delivery address
    • Carrier workload, routing, and capacity
    • Customs and import procedures (for international orders, if applicable)
    • Local delivery conditions and access to the property

3. No Liability for Delays

We strive to ensure timely processing and shipment of all orders; however, Deluxe Home Source is not liable for any delays in delivery that are outside of our direct control. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions (including severe weather, storms, or other environmental factors)
  • Natural disasters or “Acts of God” (such as earthquakes, floods, fires, hurricanes, pandemics, or other catastrophic events)
  • Labor shortages, staffing issues, strikes, or lack of support staff (whether affecting us, our suppliers, or our shipping carriers)
  • Carrier delays, routing errors, or operational disruptions
  • Government actions, customs inspections, or regulatory holds
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible shipping addresses provided by the customer

Under no circumstances shall Deluxe Home Source be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from delivery delays, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or other losses related to late delivery.


4. Risk of Loss & Title

  • All products purchased from Deluxe Home Source are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
  • Risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
  • Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, any issues related to transit, delay, damage, or loss must be addressed with the carrier, although we may assist you in opening a claim where possible at our discretion.

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
  • We are not liable for delays, lost packages, additional fees, or failed deliveries resulting from:
    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
    • Refused deliveries
    • Failure to collect or accept the package from the carrier
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may, at our discretion:
    • Reship the order to a corrected address at your expense, or
    • Issue a refund for the product cost only (original shipping charges are non-refundable).

6. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • When available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information and contact the carrier directly for detailed delivery updates or to resolve delivery issues.
  • A package marked as “Delivered” by the carrier will be considered delivered for all purposes under this policy, and we will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt after such confirmation.

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • If we offer international shipping, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs or import procedures.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our services and placement of orders after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
