At Deluxe Home Source, we stand behind the quality of our premium outdoor living and home improvement products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. No exceptions will be made for returns requested after this period.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Not show any signs of assembly, installation, or use
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Clearance and sale items
  • Assembled or installed products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Products without original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Await return authorization (RMA) number
  4. Ship item back with RMA number clearly marked

Important: Returns shipped without prior authorization will be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no cost to you.
