Return & Refund Policy
Our Commitment At Deluxe Home Source, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted furniture and home goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
- Final sale items
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage at info@deluxehomesource.com.
Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Made-to-Order Items Because our furniture is handcrafted to order, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of purchase. After production has begun, cancellations may not be accepted.
