Shipping Policy

Handcrafted & Made-to-Order All furniture sold by Deluxe Home Source is handcrafted by our skilled craftsmen. Because each piece is built to order, please allow up to 30 days for your item to be crafted and shipped.

Processing & Production Time Orders enter production shortly after purchase. The 30-day window covers both the build and shipping transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@deluxehomesource.com.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@deluxehomesource.com or call 870-810-5213 so we can resolve the issue promptly.
